- Conference Dates: December 15-18 at Hyatt Regency Atlanta

- October 30: Deadline for ads. The book goes to print on November 7. All ads must be paid for by that date.

- Pastors, please don’t forget the commitment you made regarding ads at the Pastor’s Retreat

- November 12: Early registration & One Stop/General Registration Deadline. All attendees are asked to register for the convention ($20.00 per member).

- Members can make hotel reservations from the national website (cogbf.org) using the link to the Hyatt or call the hotel directly at 404-577- 1234.

- Guest room rates are: $79.00 for single, double, triple & quadruple occupancy.

- A deposit in the amount of the first night for each of the confirmed reserved rooms will be due 14 days after the room is confirmed by the Hotel. Personal checks, money orders or a valid American Express, Diners Club, Discover Card, Visa or MasterCard number and expiration date wil be needed for the deposit.
