PHASE I - EVANGELISM EXPLOSION & OUTREACH

The primary purpose of the church is to focus on building the Kingdom of God by winning lost souls, reaching the hurting amid reconciling the wounded. It is my vision to have at least three full-time evangelists travel throughout the year assisting pastors and their congregations in mission work. The full-time evangelists would be responsible for assisting the pastor in setting up workshops, revivals and tent crusades as a strategy to create a hunger to the body of believers to win lost souls within their local community and surrounding areas.

PHASE II - NEW CHURCH GROWTH & DEVELOPMENT

It is my vision to expand the boundaries of this organization by starting new churches and missions in various cities throughout the United States. My immediate plan is to create a Western Florida District by placing churches and missions in the following cities Tallahassee, Pensacola, Fort Walton Beach and Mobile, Alabama. Secondarily, we will seek to place churches and missions throughout the Midwest and Western portion of the United States, as well as the remaining portion of the Southern states (i.e., Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, and Southern Mississippi). Foreign mission support will continue and expand in Africa and the Caribbean Islands. New church growth will increase our exposure and allow our organization to become known in other communities.

PHASE III - MINISTERIAL & LEADERSHIP TRAINING

My vision is for this church to become a spiritual mentoring and training vehicle so pastors, ministers, elders, evangelists, teachers, missionaries, deacons and all other church leaders can be equipped for ministry in this new millennium. This will require that all leaders complete the necessary curriculum and course material for licensing or ordination such as church administration, altar workers, armor bearers and Ministry of Helps. This will allow all leaders to be of one heart, one mind, and one spirit so that the Kingdom of God can be advanced and believers can grow into spiritual perfection.

PHASE IV - ECONOMIC POWER & FINANCIAL SECURITY

This portion of the vision is to build our church's finances with strategic planning to increase our national building fund. On a monthly basis, we need enough cashflow to support local churches with new buildings, renovations and remodeling, as well as positioning this church to become debt-free. This will also involve an emergency fund for unforseen situations in addition to
eliminating overtaxing bank fees and high interest rates.

PHASE V - RETIREMENT PLANS & BENEFITS

It is my vision that every pastor and minister will have an opportunity to invest in a corporate retirement plan managed by professional financial corporations to ensure financial security after many years of dedication to ministry. This segment of the vision will also provide possibilities for life and health insurance and other investment opportunities for pastors and ruling elders.

Finally, this small scope of the overall vision of this great church will constantly expand far past what is written here. We are on the move to greater things, moving from glory to glory.
